The Jets dominated the dreadful Dolphins at Wembley on Sunday and that has propelled them into the top 10 of our rankings.
The Dolphins didn’t turn up in London and anyone who watched that game will understand why Joe Philbin was fired straight after it. That shouldn’t take away from how good the Jets were. Chris Ivory looked like he was going to get seven or eight yards every time he touched the ball. Brandon Marshall was great again and Fitzpatrick looked solid for most of the game. If it wasn’t for two big penalties then the score would have better reflected the Jets’ dominance.
On to week five. The highlight of this week’s games has to be the Seahawks travelling to Cincinnati to take on the undefeated Bengals. Everyone is just waiting for Andy Dalton to implode and have one of those games he has had throughout his career. He hasn’t really shown any signs that it is coming but Seattle will be his biggest test of the season so far.
We have Bengals ranked third but most people are still doubting the Bengals and their ability to really challenge in the AFC. A win against one of the best teams in the NFL this weekend and people will have to start believing that they can challenge the Patriots and Broncos for the conference.
Each week the five of us will combine our personal rankings to give one overall set of rankings. Last week’s rankings.
